Every Vang Comp product is unconditionally guaranteed for life. If it breaks, send it back and we’ll replace it.  If you have a situation that you think may be warranty-related, please contact us.

We ship using USPS and UPS every week day.  If you order is in stock, please allow 1-3 days for processing. If your order is out of stock, please be patient with us.  We can ship at any speed our clients need, the client just pays the extra freight fees.

If orders or items are unwanted or accidentally ordered (except for defective goods), we will gladly issue a refund.  This refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee. There will be no refunds given for shipping fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for this refund to show on your account.
