Sales Terms

• All custom gun work and refinishing sales are final.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Acceptable forms of payment: Credit Card

Lifetime Warranty

Every Vang Comp product is unconditionally guaranteed for life. If it ever breaks or fails due to materials or workmanship, simply send it back and we’ll replace it at no charge. If you believe you have a warranty-related issue, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Shipping

• We ship via USPS and UPS every weekday.
• In-stock orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipment. We’re a small shop with a high volume of custom work.
• Out-of-stock orders: Lead times may be longer — we appreciate your patience.
• We can accommodate any shipping speed you require; the customer is responsible for any additional freight charges beyond standard ground shipping.

NFA Firearms — No Cancellation or Return Policy

All purchases of National Firearms Act (NFA) items are final, non-cancelable, and non-returnable once the order is placed. Due to strict federal regulations and standard industry practices, we cannot process cancellations, accept returns, or issue refunds after purchase and once the Form 3 transfer process to your designated dealer has been initiated.

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully and contact us at [email protected] with any questions BEFORE purchasing to ensure the item meets your needs.

Order Cancellation (Non-NFA Items Only)

If you need to cancel an eligible (non-NFA) order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we’ll take care of it for you. Cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Order Status Updates

Need an update on your order? Just contact us — we’re happy to help.

Returns (Non-NFA Items Only)

If you receive a non-NFA item that is unwanted or was ordered by mistake (and is not defective), we will gladly accept the return and issue a refund, subject to the following:

• A 10% restocking fee may apply.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account once we receive and process the return.

Defective items are handled under our Lifetime Warranty (see above).
