Terms –
All custom gun work and refinishing sales are final.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Acceptable forms of payment include VISA, MasterCard, Cashier’s Check or Money Order.

Warranty –
Every Vang Comp product is unconditionally guaranteed for life. If it breaks, send it back and we’ll replace it. If you have a situation that you think may be warranty-related, please contact us.

Shipping –
We ship using USPS and UPS every week day. If your order is in stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing, we’re a small shop with lots of work on our plate. If your order is out of stock, please be patient with us. We can ship at any speed our clients need, the client just pays the extra freight fees.

NFA Firearms No-Cancellation or Return Policy –
All purchases of National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms are final and non-cancelable, and returns are not permitted once the order is placed. Due to strict federal regulations and standard industry practices governing NFA items, we are unable to process cancellations, returns, or issue refunds after the purchase is made and the Form 3 transfer process to your designated dealer has been initiated. We encourage you to review your order carefully and contact us at [email protected] with any questions PRIOR to purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Order Cancellation (non-NFA) –
If you’d like to cancel your eligible order, please contact us and we’ll take care of you. 
This cancellation may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Order Status –
If you’d like and update on the status just contact us and we’ll take care of you.

Returns (non-NFA)-
If, after receiving your order, the items are unwanted or accidentally ordered (except for defective goods), we will gladly issue a refund. This refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. There will be no refunds given for shipping fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for this refund to show on your account.
